Order with confidence.  We securely package all of our unique birdhouses, birdbaths, birdfeeders and all other bird décor products before they ship.  All shipments are insured.

Orders placed on our web site are completely secure.  Once you have filled out our online order form the order is confirmed, processed and shipped via UPS Ground usually within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

Normal delivery time is 7-10 business days.  Please note we do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Merchandise returns must be within 30 days of receipt.
Return products in their original packaging in resalable condition.
Include all accessories, instructions and any other related items with your return.
Include a copy of the invoice and /or packing slip.
