The minimum shipping charge per order is $7.95 for orders shipped in the 48 States .  No postal boxes. We use UPS Ground,
For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, APO/FPO Military Addresses we ship USPS Airmail and the minimum shipping charge is $20.00.

How long does shipping take?

UPS ground  please allow 7-10 business days.  Our orders are usually shipped  within 2 business days.

Are shipments insured?
Yes, insurance is provided in our shipping costs.

What is your return policy?

If an item arrives in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether to issue a credit or replacement. Instructions will be provided on returning and/or receiving a replacement item.
You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.

Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days.  There will be a 20% restocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items.  Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective or non-broken items.

What is polyresin?

Polyresin is a resin compound generally used for statues, figurines and decorative furniture.  It is a sturdy material that can be intricately molded, allowing a great level of detail with consistent texture. Many of the birdhouses, birdbaths, birdfeeders, bird plaques and bird figurines are made of this material.

What is alabastrite?

Alabastrite is a stone-based material which can be molded.  It will allow paint to adhere.  It has a similar appearance to porcelain or pottery.  Many bird figurines, bird feeders and birdbaths are made of this material.

How do I care for alabastrite?

These items may be cleaned by dusting, however, they should not be washed with water.  Items made from alabastrite which are specifically for outdoor use have a water resistant finish.
